A leading Financial Services organisation with global network spanning over 40 countries has a new and exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Manager tp involve in developing innovative sourcing and selection strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of talent for the organization.
With strong communication skills, you will build effective relationships with the business to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs. You will partner with the HRBPs and business heads in fulfilling the business' talent requirements and oversee end-to-end recruitment process including management of the offer process, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer acceptance/turn downs and on boarding process.
My client is looking for a creative individual who is able to develop effective resourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline for all areas of the organisation. You will also drive and graduate recruitment and talent management initiatives.
You must be a degree holder with At least 8 years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house role within the Financial Services sector. You must also possess excellent knowledge of the Singapore recruitment market and the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast paced, high growth environment
