In this newly created role, you will be the HR focal point for this business line and therefore an integral part of the regional business unit team, and have direct responsibility for its overall growth and development .
You will bring in the HR perspective to both the strategic and operations decisions of the business and play an advisory role to the senior management on leadership, people and organisational issues, and team development within the framework and general policies.
Additionally, you will be involved in manpower planning, senior level recruitment, compensation & benefits, and change management. This role will also have a key focus on talent management.
The successful candidate will have previous HR Business Partnering experience supporting a back office function as well as geographical experience across Asia. Proven ability to partner with the business, influence and negotiate, as well as navigate the matrix and to work in an ambiguous environment will be critical.
