Regional Senior Human Resources Manager

The company has been expanding rapidly and as a result of the accelerated growth, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources practitioner to take the lead for the Asia region.
This position will take charge of the production site and partner the regional heads of departments closely on all people issues. On top of the day to day responsibility of tactical HR processes, you will keep ahead of the business by proactively look into compensation and benefits that will ensure market competitiveness and build an effective talent management and attraction systems aligned with the company’s commercial activities. The company is posed for further expansion into the region and requires forward looking practices to identify gaps in current processes, ensuring that the Human Resources function remains nimble and a true business partner to the fast growing teams.
To qualify, you will be a degree educated Human Resources professional with a proven track record in both operational and strategic management from a medical technology environment. You will have between 7 to 10 years of relevant experiences, with the abilities to lead a team in a plant setup as well as strong interfacing with regional stakeholders. Attributes such as an influencing personality together with the will to succeed will be highly desirable.
