My client is a leading Engineering Consultancy with a global presence. Established for over 100 years they boast a fantastic portfolio of clients across the world, with a headcount of around 15,000 people.
The Asia region has seen significant, continuous growth and will be a huge focus for the business over the next few years.
This role, Regional L&D Manager, is newly created and will work closely with the Global Head of L&D to role out global learning & development projects. The role will cover SE Asia.

Reports into Global Head of L&D rolling out global L&D programmes across the business

Partner closely with the business, working with key stakeholders to create Learning and Development plans for Key talent in their business

Key focus on Generation Y, looking at career development, succession planning and retention

Work closely with the business to design, develop and facilitate training programmes

Act as trusted advisor to the business, influencing and guiding on all Learning and Development matters
Candidates should ideally come from a similar background and have had experience in setting up HR Best Practice across a regional level. A background in the engineering industry would be preferred, but exposure in a Consultancy environment is ideal.
