Reporting to the Global HR Director, this role provides strategic business partnering to the regional leadership team whilst overseeing a small team of transactional HR practitioners. Working closely with the HR Centre of Excellence to ensure seamless delivery of HR advice and solutions across the region, this role plays a vital part in setting the HR framework and regional policies.
As a Degree qualified HR generalist with ten years plus HR experience, you will possess strong business acumen and be responsible primarily for talent management, succession planning and the operational HR function for the region. With a team reporting to you remotely, your communication and leadership skills will be both effective and inspirational. Competent in all aspects of HR including recruitment and retention, organisational development and employee branding coupled with a positive attitude, you will be a seasoned HR leader who is well versed in managing remote teams within a fast paced MNC environment.
Travel will be an integral part of this role but should be no more than 20%.
