My client is a leading consultancy with a global presence. Established for over 100 years they boast a fantastic portfolio of clients across the world, with a headcount of around 15,000 people.
The Asia region has seen significant, continuous growth and will be a huge focus for the business over the next few years.
This role, Regional HR Manager, is newly created and will oversee the creation of HR best practice across the region. The role will cover SE Asia to begin with, with a view to take on ANZ, HK and China in time.

Regional HR Generalist role, initially covering SEA

Formulate and implement HR policies and processes across the region

Work closely with the In- Country HR to coach and train around best practice HR

Develop and drive a strategic people agenda, focusing on Talent Management, Leadership, Change, Global Mobility and Succession Planning

Act as trusted advisor to the business, influencing and guiding on HR matters

Report into Global Head of HR
Candidates should ideally come from a similar background and have had experience in setting up HR Best Practice across a regional level. A background in the engineering industry would be preferred, but exposure in a Consultancy environment is ideal.
