Our client is a manufacturer of consumer electronics with a global presence. Pioneer in its field and a leader in major overseas markets, the company is expanding their presence in Singapore. The SEA region has a rapidly growing business which requires a dynamic HR team with a remit for change.
They are looking to hire a dynamic HR professional to join their team in Singapore as a HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Country HR Manager, you will be a key contributor in managing and administering HR Strategies, programs and guidelines for Singapore across all core HR areas.
As the successful applicant you will have atleast ten years of generalist experience with strong business acumen. You will possess a good all round experience of HR systems, policies, legal requirements, programs and practices. Strong and demonstrated knowledge of employment law is required. A proven track record in project management and organisational change management skills is essential for this role. If you are someone with great negotiation skills and possess a flair for problem solving, you will enjoy being part of this evolving environment. Knowledge & experience in Hi-Tech, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors is essential.
