Headquarted in Europe, my client is a one of the largest multinational Pharmaceuticals in the world.   With an exciting and rapidly growing business in the region, they are looking to enhance their HR offering to the business.
 
They are looking for a Regional Head of Human Resources, to be based in Singapore, covering a SE Asia portfolio. This role reports directly into the Head of HR for Asia Pacific and will be instrumental in driving through the HR strategy into the business.
 
This role is a full spectrum business partner role, working closely with business leaders to deliver high level HR strategy that is aligned with the objectives of the business.

Candidates will have:
 

• Around 10-12  years experience as an HR Generalist
• Exposure to a Regional portfolio
• A high level of business acumen
• Strong presentation and excellent communication skills
• The ability to influence senior leaders within the business
• University Degree, ideally within Human Resources
• Exposure to a sales driven organisation
