Our client, is one of the global leading company in the consumer electronics industry. They are currently searching for a Regional C&B Lead.

Reporting to the SE Asia Regional HR Manager, you will review the total C&B structure in the Southeast Asia Region including Total Cash Component, Reward Strategies and Sales Incentive Projects. You will propose and implement new C&B guidelines on how to attract, reward and retain employees. You need to understand how to realign the C&B strategies with operation needs and effectively implement and communicate of the new C&B initiatives in the region.

To qualify for this role, you should be a degree holder in Business Administrative or Human Resource Management. Around 5 to 7 years of C&B experience at the regional level with good knowledge of C&B practices in the SE Asia region. You should be meticulous with strong numerical and analytical skills, independent and able to work well in a team setting and with people from diverse cultures. You should have strong interpersonal, excellent communication and presentation skills.
