Large Regional role
Leading Pharmaceutical brand
Headquarted in Europe, my client is a one of the largest multinational Pharmaceuticals in the world.
They are looking for a Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager to be based in Singapore, covering a wide geographical portfolio. This role reports directly into the Head of HR for Asia Pacific and will be instrumental in driving through the C&B agenda into the business.
This role is a true business partner role, working closely with business leaders to ensure that consistent messages are delivered to the business and that the business remains competitive.
The role covers the following: -
Implementation and delivery of the reward policy, across the APAC region
Ensuring alignment with the business objectives and offering up ideas for changes/improvements
Assisting the strategic direction of the company wide rewards program
Keep an up to date knowledge of external rewards environment, including best practice and regulatory changes
Manage and deliver on financial budgets
Support compensation for global mobility
This role will involve working closely with key stakeholders in the business, acting as an initial go to point for queries in the region.
The ideal candidate will:-
Be educated to Degree Level
Possess at least 8 years experience in Reward Management
Be well spoken and possess strong communication skills
Have had deep regional exposure
