My client, an industry leader in the technology space, is looking for a Recruiting Relationship Manager to join their APAC team to cover maternity leave.  The position will be based in the Singapore office and will cover Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Malaysia.  Applicants should have solid experience in recruiting and resourcing.  Personality is key, and candidates who can demonstrate their ability to be team players, work under their own autonomy and be proactive will be successful.

The role includes:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruiting specifications and facilitate recruiting strategy
  • Manage a complete recruitment cycle
  • Working closely with hiring manager to understand team dynamics and culture to recruit within context
  • Actively pursuing all resourcing channels to form a knowledge base to find the best candidates for open roles
  • Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to close candidates
  • Developing and managing a network of recruitment and referral sources to assist in identifying suitable candidates
  • Providing support and coaching to junior recruiting staff
  • Manage data integrity within applicant tracking system, ensuring timely entry into database
  • Guide managers on interview process to ensure compliance and minimize risk factors
  • Partner with recruitment teams to deliver the best possible results for the business

Candidates should have at least four to five years recruitment experience and ideally some exposure to an in-house position.  A positive, enthusiastic attitude is essential and the ability to develop and maintain relationships is a crucial skill.  This position will offer the opportunity to gain exposure to the APAC region for a well-renowned global brand and is a great career step for an experienced recruiter.
