PMO Manager, Asia
A UK based chemicals MNC, located in over 50 countries globally, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as Senior Programme Manager. This newly created role reports into the PMO Director, Asia and will be responsible for driving HR and business-related projects and programmes across Asia.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing and delivering any programmes for business improvement in line with identified and agreed business needs through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) process

Working with project teams on finance plans, volume estimates
-
Works directly with Programme leaders, project teams, group functions and Central Team members to identify programmes for improvement aimed at improving profitability.

Plays a key role in supporting any other projects as and when required
-
Will take a leading role in relation to programme matters affecting key projects.

Creates business plans and inputs into sub function/divisional strategy.
Requirements:
-
Minimally 7-10 years of project management (PMO) experience

A full understanding of the complexities associated with the business environment

Bachelor’s degree
-
Possess training on change/project management.

Skilled and articulate verbal communicator.
-
Excellent written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation

Proficient in the use of the IT applications relevant to a project
