Our client, a well-established brand name in the region, focusing on Construction business is looking for a hands-on HR leader to join the Singapore operations.
Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Managing Director, you have full responsibility for the full spectrum of HR for the Singapore site. Leading a small team, you will be a key member of the senior management team, and will play an advisory role on all human capital matters. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 to 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. You should come with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence and engage senior management.
