Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience especially in public sector.

Experience in compensation management.
You will play a critical role in driving the best human resource management practices in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the staffing, retention (including exit management), benefits, awards, welfare, performance and compensation management functions within the organisation to ensure that the HR policies and processes are efficient, well-maintained, and in alignment with the organisation's goals.
Requirements:-
You would have a degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience especially in the public sector, with a good knowledge of HR policies, procedures & e-systems. You must be mathematically inclined, meticulous, analytical and have a high level of integrity. Experience in compensation management would be a definite advantage.
