Responsibilities
-Work with Senior Management to define strategic HR plans for associated Business Groups in Asia Pacific
-Work with Business Groups HR Managers to implement strategic HR initiatives to meet business objectives
-Develop talent management program to ensure business continuity & sustainability
-Design and develop an effective compensation strategy which is performance related & reward driven to attract, retain and motivate staff across all levels
-Participate in annual performance evaluation process
Requirements
-Degree holder, Masters an added bonus
-Minimum 12 years’ experience with at least 5 years in a HR management role
-HR consultancy work exposure would be a distinct advantage
-Tenacious, resilient, and must be able to engage and interface with Business Groups' senior executives
-Strong communication skills across levels
-Fluent in English and one Asian language
