MANAGER, HR SERVICES
You will be part of the team managing various aspects of human resource functions pertaining to the attraction, development, and engagement of staff in Temasek Polytechnic. You will lead a team of HR Officers, playing the role of effective business partners, by providing services and solutions to support the business needs of the schools/departments. Working together with management, you will be involved in manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation, rewards and internal communications. You will also be involved in HR initiatives and drive key HR projects.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent
2. More than 8 years of broad experience in HRM including 2 years of managerial experience
3. Good analytical ability with problem solving skills
4. Good communication and writing skills
5. Meticulous and resilient
6. Advocate for team work
7. Those with both public and private sector experience will have an added advantage
