Learning Solution Consultant (Financial Training Consultancy)
This client is a well established financial training company that build solutions to financial clients’ challenges through training. With strong presence in UK, USA, Singapore and Middle East, this role will support the global expansion of the Learning Solutions division by developing and directing its professional and technical offerings to clients through
e-learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Acts as a consultant to clients in all areas of learning and development
•Perform training needs analysis to understand and interpret learning and development requirements of the client
•Develop and deliver learning solution products
•Manage client solutions from initial diagnostics through to evaluation stages
•Contribute towards the business development initiatives of LS products
•Maintain a comprehensive awareness of trends and developments in the field, and to identify and promote areas of good practice
•Work with other departments and divisions to identify areas for collaboration to get best value for the organisation
Requirements:
•Extensive 6 years of experience in working with senior stakeholders across L&D, Performance Management and Talent management
•Experience in e-learning modules and LMS
•Possess exceptional influencing and stakeholder engagement skills and track-record of driving performance in all areas
•People management and development including working with remote teams
•Brings a pragmatic and commercially focussed approach to learning and development solutions
•Possesses high levels of resilience and able to work within a high paced and exciting environment
•Experience within Financial Services is preferred and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer facing business is preferred
•Willing to travel
