Our client is a renowned leadership centre focusing on leadership development for top executives.
Leading a small team, you will work in close partnership with leading practitioners, academics and business leaders to plan, organise, and carry out the execution of delivering public seminars and customised programmes locally and in the region for chairmen, board directors, CEOs, senior management and high potential young corporate leaders.
You should be degree qualified with 8 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in organising, executing & delivering of public seminars and training programmes. You come with excellent marketing, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence key decision makers and build collaborative long-term partnerships. Good command of Chinese and spoken Mandarin will be highly preferred.
