Learning & Development Manager
Responsibilities
-Standardize L&D programs based on competency model for knowledge transfer
-Develop and maintain Learning Management System and on-boarding process across the Group
-Implement projects to synergize the L&D resources and promote transfer of best practices
-Support major HR programs for middle and top management levels, e.g. talent management and organization development
-Develop relevant L&D tools/ solutions in line with program requirements
-Deliver programs, e.g. “Train the trainer” and “Coach the coach”
-Work closely with HR/ business managers to identify common learning intervention needs, initiate/ manage L&D projects, monitor progress and evaluate business impacts
Requirements
-Degree in Business/ HR/ other related field
-Minimum 6 to 10 years experience in a corporate environment, preferably manufacturing/ industrial/ resources industry
-Understanding of Adult Learning and Education, and the ability to deliver training and provide coaching/ feedback
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
