A very well established bank in Asia with significant operations globally are currently seeking a Learning and Development specialist for the Retail Banking function across Asia-Pacific. Your role will involve understanding the banks business needs from a Learning and Development perspective in order to create and deliver training solutions that facilitate development in line with business goals. This position will have a strong bias on the sales training supporting the Banking capability model and undertaking the full training needs analysis and evaluating learning road maps.
This is a very hand’s on role where you will deliver stand up training. This is a great opportunity for someone who is undertaking a similar role in a banking set up and someone from the same background would be highly favoured in the recruitment process. You must in turn also have a passion, drive and focus for Learning and Development.
