Human Resources Manager
Our client is a Fortune 500 company, with significant worldwide manufacturing and service facilities. They offer a strategically diversified portfolio of products in the industry and have successfully grown their global footprint through operational excellence and a strong, positive culture. The company is posed for further expansion in Asia Pacific.
The role of the Human Resources Manager will be to drive the initiatives and expansion plans of the Singapore site, with a focus on putting together structures and policies to support the business goals. You will manage the full spectrum of Human Resources issues such as the performance appraisal process, planning for resourcing requirements to keep ahead of business strategy as well as ensuring that the remuneration and benefits maintain market competitiveness.
To qualify, you will be a degree educated Human Resources professional with a proven track record in providing both strategic and operational human resources management in a multinational corporation environment. You will be required to lead and manage a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical hands-on approach. Self driven and versatile, you will also be a strong communicator and have experience in setting direction for best practices.
