Our client is a Global MNC and a clear industry leader with a recognizable brand name in its sector. As their business continues to grow in Asia, they are looking to recruit a Human Resource Manager as a true Business Partner to join their operation in Singapore.
In this role, you will have full responsibility for the full spectrum of HR, with particular emphasis on the design and delivery of a people plan for the business. Leading a small team, you will be a key member of the senior management team, and will play a leading role on all people issues. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level and to drive initiatives in areas like talent development, organizational development and change management. In addition, it is critical that your relationship building skills are excellent at all levels of the business as you will act as the critical link between the workforce and the leadership team. You will need to demonstrate where you have successfully implemented strategies and methods that have effectively improved employee engagement.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 7 years experience in managing HR function and developing the role of HR within the business. You should possess a strong understanding of Singapore Employment Law, talent development programs and change management experience. You are highly developed with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and the ability to lead, influence and engage with people across all levels.
