RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all compensation & benefit activities, special projects and Human Resources policy and infrastructure.
Good understanding of the company’s future challenges such bonus plans, market position, salary range design and pay mix analysis.
Coordinate, deploy and managing annual salary review, bonus payout processes and payroll outsourcing.
Plan, design & deploy Remuneration & Benefits policies or program which support the rapid growth and expansion for the organization.
Working closely with Regional HR Manager and Asia Compensation and Benefit team to implement a grading structure based on company methodology.
Custodian of job description, evaluation and analysis.
Design and implement policies that support the rapid growth and expansion of the organization.
Participate in remuneration survey and networks representing the company.
In cooperation with Regional HR Manager and Financial Controller, establish budgeting guidelines for headcount, remuneration provision and any other package components aligning with business plan and quarterly business forecast.
Taking the lead in driving core HR projects and infrastructure systems, such as HR Compliance Audit, Background Screening, Peoplesoft, Learning Management System, In House On-Line Recruitment System, Global Employee Survey, Goal and Performance Appraisal System.
Elaborate and deploy education program of HR and line managers, enhancing their C&B and performance management skills to support the growth of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
5-7 years strong experience in Compensation & Benefit programs
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR)
Advance IT skills, especially in Excel
Analytical, attention to detail, excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills, with “can-do” attitude and strong leadership. Intellectually astute with strong drive for results
Good local statutory knowledge, such as Personal Income Tax and Central Provident Fund
