Our unique client, a boutique investment firm, is seeking a solutions driven HR Business Partner.
This role is both challenging and rewarding and offers the successful candidate the chance to work in a fast paced creative and ever changing international environment.
Main responsibilities include:-
- - Partnering with business leaders to recruit and develop high performance individuals
- - Coaching and advising business leaders on talent and leadership development, performance management,
- recruitment strategy, employee relations and employee engagement
- - Managing the induction process for all new employees, ensuring complete understanding of the
- vision and culture, as well as alignment with skills and values
- - Conducting regular performance review discussions
- - Champion the history, tradition and culture of the organisation
The successful candidate will possess the following:-
- 8-10 years as an HR generalist with a strong BP focus
- A combination of Singapore-based and international experience
- - Top grades from a first-class institution
- - Passion for success of the organisation and brand
- - A big-picture strategy, with a hands-on approach
- - Perform effectively without major supervision or guidance
- - Be meticulous and unfazed by very high standards
- - The ability to earn the trust of business leaders and employees
- - Have a strong desire to achieve, whist being a team player
- - Be a confident, positive person
