Our client is a locally listed company and an established player in the region- they have successfully diversified its business across the geography and have been registering strong year on year revenue growth. The company has ambitious plans to further expand into Asia and as a result of this, we now have an opportunity for a HR professional to join the team.
Working closely with overseas HR, this individual will support the international operations of the business and partner the business heads to achieve company’s goals in the countries. You will handle the entire spectrum of Human Resources function such as talent selection, performance management, compensation and benefits issues as well as implementing group wide policies and programs in the respective countries.
Degree qualified, this individual should preferably have about 4 - 6 years of experiences and has demonstrated the ability to be both hands-on and consultative in your approach. Exceptional candidates with between 1 - 4 years experience may also be considered if they are passionate about the profession and possess attributes such as resilience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position will provide opportunities for some travel.
