Responsibilities
-Support RGE HR team in developing, executing and reviewing organizational development initiatives in areas such as talent management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits
-Coordinate with different Business Groups on corporate exercises such as people review programs and annual budgeting to ensure HR SOPs are followed
-Support the communication of clear guidelines for HR processes to different Business Groups
-Monitor organizational performance KPIs
Requirements
-Degree in Business/ HR/ other related field
-Strong analytical ability
-Proactive, attentive to detail and desire to excel in a dynamic environment
-Strong relationship building skills and results oriented
-Fluent in English, with Mandarin an added bonus
