A highly regarded retail giant is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager for its Singapore office. With offices across the globe and ownership of a wide and diverse range of active apparel products, this company is leading the way in profitable brand strategy.
Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Director, Human Resource, this role focuses on recruitment, rewards & compensation management, expatriate management, regulatory and policy compliance, manpower planning and employee engagement program. You will also perform a HR Business Partnering role to the business units in providing advisory for all HR related aspects within the Singapore Office.
The successful applicant will be a graduate in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management, or equivalent with at least 6 to 8 years of HR generalist experience, of which 2 years in managerial position. Ability to work cross culturally is essential with strong people management skill. You should be dynamic, outgoing and sporty to thrive in an exciting, fun and fast-paced environment.
