Human Resource Associate
Location: West, Singapore

They are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join their HR Professional Development Program, a 2-year rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders for the business.
Responsibilities:

Rotated across key strategic HR functions in Recruitment, Shared Services, Compensation and Benefits and Payroll

Regional exposure to HR planning and strategy
-
Responsible for critical HR issues in employees management, labour relations and communications of HR policies
-
Drive key HR projects such as the Employee Opinion Survey, Annual Succession Planning, Learning and Development Initiative etc

Participate in long term strategic planning with businesses to ensure culture and organizational effectiveness

Develop and recommend solutions to HR challenges
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 3 years of Human Resource experience

Passion in Human Resources

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical abilities

Dynamic, driven team player who is capable of working independently
