Manage the maintenance and implementation of HR system

Provide support for the testing, training and implementation of new HR system
You will work closely with HR team members, system vendor and IT Department to manage the maintenance and implementation of HR information system, enhancing business processes, reporting and analysis. Specifically, you will collaborate with functional users and system vendors to develop and redesign business processes and systems enhancements on current HRIS to support the needs of the HR department. You will also provide essential support for the testing, training and implementation of new HR information system.
Requirements:

At least 2 to 4 years' of relevant HRIS experience

Experience with SAP platform will be an advantage though not essential

Strong vendor management skills

Team player with good communictaion and interpersonal skills

Good analytical skills and inquisitive mind to question the current processes and re-engineer alternatives
