About Our Client
Our Client is an International Luxury Lifestyle Brand that has been voted best lifestyle brands consistently and the most successful company in Europe. They now partner with us in their search for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Reporting to HR Director, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions. This will include recruitment for all levels, review of benefits scheme, administration of staff leave, implementing new policies for improvement plans and processing of payroll and CPF submission. In addition, You will be responsible for day-to-day operational issues relating to administrative matters. For example, facilities management, supplier management and negotiation.
The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidate should have a degree in HR Management or Business Studies followed by 6-8 years experience in HR function with minimum 3 years in a managerial role. Strong problem-solving skills and good communications skills to build strong working relationships with management and employees are key to cusses in this role. Prior experience in Retail Industry and office management is highly preferred.
