About Our Client
Our client is a reputable real asset investment, development and management company in Asia. They are headquartered in Singapore with strong market share and brand visibility. They have aggressive long term plans to grow regional presence and invest in Europe and America markets with diverse portfolio across commercial, residential, retail and hospitality business.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for full spectrum of corporate HR functions at the Headquarter based in Singapore. This role allows you to play a pivotal role to advise departments heads on HR policies and processes, talent management, recruitment and retention, as well as employee relations, grievance handling and staff engagement. You will have support in HR administration so that you can focus on strategy level for various tasks and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you should have 6-8 years experiences in HR with strong exposure as a generalist and business partner. Prior experience in real estate and hospitality industry are crucial. You are dynamic, open-minded and effective in communication with senior management.
