We’re looking for an HR generalist to join the team at the Asia HQ/Singapore agency.

Start-up experience required
Working closely with regional and local leaders, you will establish a professional HR structure and processes for the local workforce including the development of an employee handbook. You will assist with the agency’s expansion plans and set-up of new offices within the region. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of end-to-end ‘Talent’ strategies in Singapore and these new markets, from Attraction and Acquisition to Retention, Management and Development, contributing to the overall customer-centric culture of the agency. You will coordinate the implementation of global HR and Training/Leadership programmes, and provide global HQ with local office reports.
HR Business Partnering and Operational experience in a global MNC environment
7 – 10 years of progressive HR experience
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior managers at local and global levels
