Salary:

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Work closely with Line Managers in any HR-related matters
Employee relocation issues
Familiar with MOM regulations.
Contract negotiation and contract management.
Develop and execute training programs.
Facilitate performance appraisal exercise
Assist in drafting, reviewing and update policies & procedures
Research & update on pay structures and benchmarking tools
Develop inventory of job descriptions
Provide guidance to management on misconduct, poor performance and other human relations matters
Maintain quality relationships and communications with all stakeholders, both internal and external
Oversee and review the payroll processes (preferably has knowledge on Easy Pay Enterprise)
Prepare letters of appointments, employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, termination, dismissal, resignation acceptance, retirements, retrenchments, etc.
Improve and maintain accurate and updated personnel records on systems and filing system
Monthly HR reporting
Sensitivity to the handling of confidential information
Other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
• Degree or post graduate specialization in HRM.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a multi-national organization.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Singapore Employment law and a good understanding of Tax practices is a must.
• Possesses initiative, excellent interpersonal and strong organisational skills.
• High level of maturity and confidence.
• Able to relate well with people across all levels and cultures.
