Our client, a leading player in banking industry, is looking for HR Manager, Singapore to join the organization.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resource, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR services and solutions for business and functional units in Singapore including HR Business Partnering, Training, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
You will maintain awareness of all potential HR issues, and provide advice & guidance to employees and line managers in maintaining employee relations and compliance to laws and regulations. You will manage in timely manner all aspects of recruitment activities including salary negotiation and induction of new employees of assigned business units, documentations, reference checks, etc. You will also support coordination activities as necessary related to Performance Management Review, Salary Review, Promotion, Bonus exercises.
In the Training function, you will identify training needs across organization and implement training solutions to meet those needs. You will also compile training budget, keep track of budget utilization, manage training records, payments, and government subsidies. Potentially, you will be assigned to supervise one HR Officer.
You are a Degree holder with 8 – 10 years in various HR functions, particularly in HR Business Partnering and Training. You have at least 3 years in banking industry, with excellent written and spoken English.
