Our client is a global leader in providing an extensive range of products and services in various markets through their diversified businesses. They are looking to hire a HR Manager for their Shared Services team.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be part of the HR Shared Service team overseeing a small team and assisting the HR Director in helping the organization to develop/design/implement/manage/track HR processes, procedures and systems to improve quality and overall efficiency ensuring HR effectiveness and compliance. In this role, you will be required to work closely with the HR Business Partners and COE teams to establish and implement standard procedures and scope of work. This role will also oversee the payroll function.
To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified with at least 8 years HR experience, preferably in a shared service and matrix environment. You should have specialized knowledge of HR process design/re-engineering and strong project management experience. Ideally you are technically savvy and are familiar with various software applications like Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and HRIS like Oracle/SAP, etc.
