Perform HR data analytics
Your main role is to partner the line in human resource matters pertaining to employee relations, compensation, performance management and recruitment. Your other key areas of involvement include the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes in organisational development, talent management as well as learning and development. In addition, you are expected to participate in HR projects such as HRIS implementation, do HR data analytics and help prepare management reports.
Requirements:
- Good Degree with at least 5-10 years’ relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all levels of staff
- Highly attuned to business needs and has strong drive and initiative
- Able to work independently as well as in teams
- Possesses good writing and analytical skills
