Our client is a global market leader who is experiencing robust continued growth, seeking for an HR Manager (Business Partnering) who is looking for promising career advancement to join their HR team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you are responsible for all aspects of HR services such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee welfare & engagement, etc.

You will provide support to the Regional Head of People on all HR initiatives such as review of HR Policies & Procedures, act as a HR Business Partner and work closely with the various Department Heads to meet their HR needs. You will be the point of contact for employees’ feedback and grievance handling.

You are committed to continuously improve processes within the HR team, with the aim to increase productivity and efficiency in the dynamic aviation environment and handle HR projects and work closely with counterparts of the company where required.

To qualify for this role, you should have Degree/Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a HR position. Familiar with The Singapore Employment Act and The Ministry of Manpower’s statutory guidelines and requirements. You are conversant in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, experience in using the Payroll, HR and Leave Management Systems (PMS, HMS & LMS) is preferred. You possess good communication and analytical skills and ability to work independently and interact with colleagues at all levels will be highly regarded.
