Our client is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. With the expansion, the client is seeking to recruit a dynamic HR Generalist to support the Singapore office operations. With Singapore as the strategic hub for the International operations, you will be part of the exciting growth. 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide full spectrum of HR support in the areas of recruitment, on boarding, induction, payroll management, benefits management, employee services, performance management and reporting.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements to HR policies and processes
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR process outsourcing project
  • Keep abreast with industry and HR trends and to provide advice and counsel to business leaders and employees on people issues
  • Manage and execute assigned projects and programs on a timely manner
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years’ of progressive HR experience in multinational companies
  • Prior experience in managing HR processes, compensation and benefits, training administration and expatriate management is a must
  • In-depth understanding of the HR/Labour environment and legal requirements in Singapore
  • System savvy, an eye for detail and able to work efficiently in a fast changing environment is a must
