Our client is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. With the expansion, the client is seeking to recruit a dynamic HR Generalist to support the Singapore office operations. With Singapore as the strategic hub for the International operations, you will be part of the exciting growth.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide full spectrum of HR support in the areas of recruitment, on boarding, induction, payroll management, benefits management, employee services, performance management and reporting.

Develop and implement continuous improvements to HR policies and processes
-
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR process outsourcing project
-
Keep abreast with industry and HR trends and to provide advice and counsel to business leaders and employees on people issues
-
Manage and execute assigned projects and programs on a timely manner
Requirements:
-
At least 8 years’ of progressive HR experience in multinational companies
-
Prior experience in managing HR processes, compensation and benefits, training administration and expatriate management is a must
-
In-depth understanding of the HR/Labour environment and legal requirements in Singapore
-
System savvy, an eye for detail and able to work efficiently in a fast changing environment is a must
