Our client is an established leader in its field. Due to ongoing business needs and anticipated business growth, there is now an exciting opportunity to be part of this growth story and join them as the Head of HR, Singapore.
You will manage a young and dynamic team and manage the entire spectrum of HR. Supporting the needs of the local office, you will play the business partnering role and assist in operational matters. You can also be expected to liaise extensively with HQ on global best practices, rollouts and alignment of HR corporate policies and procedures.
You are HR qualified and have worked a minimum of 10 years in a progressive HR environment. You are both strategic in mindset and tactical in approach and execution. You possess strong people and influencing skills and have strengths in fostering a work environment for both the business and the employees to succeed.
