Our client is well established MNC in the chemical industry with operations spanning more than 50 countries. They are now seeking an experienced HR leader to join the team.
Focusing on the South East Asia region, you will work closely with the business heads and HR Managers in the individual countries to align HR strategies with business goals. As the current business structure is very country driven, you will drive HR strategies and programs across the region to achieve synergy and consistency. Programs that you will champion include performance measurement, rewards and talent pipeline.
This role requires 10 – 15 years of generalist experience gained in multi-nationals. Strong understanding of the cultural and HR practices in the SEA region will be highly preferred. You are comfortable with a diverse workforce, and are able to engage business leaders at a strategic level. As this is a newly created position, you must also be prepared to be hands-on.
