This is a newly created role to enhance the HR business partnering function in this well established FMCG Industry.
You will lead a team of managers and executives to provide HR advice to several business units. As each business unit is at different stages of growth, you and your team must be business savvy and customise relevant HR Solutions and interventions to address the varying business issues.
You should be a strong generalist with at least 15 years of experience. Prior exposure to the retail or service industry will be highly preferred.
