Our client is a global energy management MNC and employs over 100,000 employees worldwide. An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and high calibre senior HR practitioner to be part of the growing organisation.
Reporting to the Regional HR Vice President, you play a pivotal role in ensuring an integrated HR approach responding to the business demands. The key areas include workforce planning, capabilities building, performance management and change management. A commercially savvy HR, you add value to the business through appropriate HR tools and methodologies at both macro and micro level.
Degree qualified, you possess 10 to 12 years of Human Resource management experience, operating in a fast pace and matrix organisation. A proven track record in a transformational / change management portfolio is a big plus. You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
