This exciting newly created opportunity is for a HR Development Manager with a well known electronics MNC. The opportunity is located near the town area and is budgeted at circa $70k per annum.
Working amongst a team of 20 HR colleagues you will provide HRD support to various divisions of the organisation. This position will require you to plan the development of staff in global locations including outside Asia and to build / drive HRD systems for global core persons. You will need to research and analyze skill levels and instil HRD needs according to the requirements.
This opportunity has an element of education & training where you should consider HRD needs then plan and promote functional/management training according to business needs. You will liaise with the training team to provide customized training & development plan for new joiners and encourage and facilitate personnel rotations for the purpose of career development.
Along with a HR education, it is required that you have 3-5 years of relevant experience. As you will administer all HR issues requested by HQ HR in Japan, knowledge in Japanese language would be a distinct advantage but not a must.
