This high profile HR role will call upon your extensive HR generalist experience as you guide and support the Singapore based regional functions in Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance in all aspects of HR. You will be accountable for driving and executing a range of project initiatives and primarily responsible for Talent Management, Performance Management and Training.
You are a self starting HR generalist with a minimum of 5 years experience. Your HR experience includes supporting corporate functions in a fast paced MNC environment and you possess the high level of communication skills necessary to influence and engage senior leadership. Able to work autonomously, you nonetheless thrive in a team environment.
