Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Senior Manager, you will be a strategic HR business partner to the business. You would take a proactive and leading role in managing the HR functions such as organizational development, staffing & recruitment, compensation & benefits management and performance management. Working closely with the Management and business managers, you should be capable of initiating HR interventions and translate business objectives into HR deliverables. Moreover, you will be involved in ad-hos HRM projects.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree specializing in Human Resource Management/Business Management.
- Must have 5 – 10 years' working experience in broad-based HR generalist function of which at least 2 to 3 years experience in strategic organization development in multinational companies, preferably in electronics industry.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, dynamic individual with business and commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and a good team player
- Ability to be a strategic thinker and planner to the business and able to be able to achieve operational excellence through optimizing daily operations
