Job Description
This position requires you to understand business needs to generate valuable insights on people, organisational capability and effectiveness, and culture. It involves translating business opportunities and needs into requirements for HR solutions, providing inputs to business units on the HR implications of operational decisions and plans, leading the implementation and activation of HR solutions, and continually assessing and reviewing organisational architecture to ensure that the business unit structure is operating at maximum potential.
You will ensure the availability and development of appropriate talent to meet the business unit’s needs and build a talent mindset, promote a high performance culture through creating opportunities for open performance review and manage the annual performance review, and manage employee records and ensuring that data integrity is maintained at all times.
Requirements
A good degree with at least four years of HR experience as a generalist. You should be a good thinker, have high integrity, be resourceful and have a drive to excel. Strong communication and influencing skills with good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, HR practices and procedures are essential.
