Our client is a major local organization with businesses the world over. Due to global requirements, they would like to invite an experienced human resource professional to be part of their regional HR team.    

  • Act as a key HR liaison to various Country Managers and ensure smooth daily operations for all the cities under your care
  • Advise on HR strategies such as Perfomance Management and Succession Planning  
  • Responsible for Employee Engagement, Staff Discipline and Management  
  • Lead manpower budgeting and provide varied reports through vendors and own efforts
  • Ensure effectiveness of the regional department through proper resource planning

  • Degree qualified from a recognised Singapore-based institution  
  • At least 13 years of HR experience with about 5-7 years in a regional capacity
  • Working knowledge of Shared Services model and ASEAN labour laws is essential
  • Background within MNCs or large fast-paced work environments
  • Effectively bilingual in English and another SEA language is highly desired
