My client is a leading brand, a multibillion dollar business with an excellent global reputation.
There is a strong business model in Singapore and SE Asia, which is well known within the HR world for their excellent and global standard HR policies and processes.

My client is looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their team, someone who is confident, well presented and experienced working with multinational stakeholders.

This role works with a highly challenging stakeholder group that has both Regional and Global responsibilities, so a highly demanding workforce.

Experienced HR Business Partner to works closely with the business, influencing and guiding them on all areas of HR
Fast paced environment
Demanding and challenging multinational stakeholder group
Working knowledge of and strong understanding of international mobility

The client is looking for:

7-10 years experience within HR, at least 3-4 as a true HR Business Partner
Experience in managing a complex Multinational stakeholder group
Strong leadership skills, with presence
Solid experience within a MNC
Degree, ideally within Human Resources
Driven energetic individual
