My client, Headquartered in the US, is a leading financial intuition with progressive HR Leadership.
Due to an internal move, they are looking to hire a solid HR Business Partner who can build and develop strong internal relationships.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, this role is a true HR Generalist, and will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver consultative business support on all areas of HR, this includes; Talent Acquisition, Staff Engagement, Workforce Planning, Leading & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
The employee base is spread across Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. Naturally my client requires someone who has the solid ability to subtly influence and impact outcomes and someone who is comfortable working across a diverse, both cultural and geographical, region.
The successful candidate will hold a career as an HR Business Partner, ideally from a Banking or IT background, and will be someone who has shown the ability to confidently liaise and consult across all levels in the business, whilst covering a regional portfolio.
