Our client is a leading global brand in the IT technology sector with exciting plans for growth across Asia. They are looking for a HR Business Partner who has either experience or an interest in this sector.
Supporting a headcount of around 60, this role is a true generalist role offering support and guidance to the teams in Singapore and Macau. The role would suit someone who is currently an HR Generalist and is ready for the next step up to take on a more regional role, or someone who is already in a regional role that wants to work in a rapidly growing organisation and sector. The successful candidate will speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
My client is looking for someone who is proactive, can work to their own initiative and is a real self starter. This is a newly created role, so the person will be responsible for setting up systems and processes, working closely with the global HQ. Due to growth, this role will have a bias toward recruitment, so this should be a strength.
